I’m Nikola, a crisis counselor, creative entrepreneur, and public speaker who helps people stay clear and honest in an overstimulated world. My work lives at the intersection of self‑awareness, discipline, communication, and what it actually takes to build a life you can stand behind—not just survive in.

I’m the founder of Speak & Center, a growing platform for people in the thick of change, burnout, and becoming. On stage and in workshops, I don’t show up as “the expert on everything.” I show up as a connector and curator: I tell the truth about what I’ve lived, ask the questions most people avoid, and create rooms where it’s safe to stop pretending you’re fine.

My background includes experiential marketing, years of front‑line listening as a volunteer crisis counselor, and a lifetime of navigating grief, health crises, family dynamics, and career pivots. That mix lets me speak both to the heart and to the practical next steps your audience can take the moment they leave the room.
